What are the stages of construction work
Construction from ancient times has been known to the house or the place that a person builds in order to have something to live in, so the construction is carried out in several stages and according to a certain sequence, and it is necessary that each stage of construction be given sufficient time for that, so what are the first stages of construction?
Phases of construction work
1 - Choosing the right land, it is necessary, when choosing the land, that it fits the sufficient building area, and that the site itself meets the purpose of the building.
2 - Soil examination, which is the second stage in the construction work stages, to ensure the validity of the soil and its readiness for construction, and to design the appropriate structural structure.
3 - Obtaining the documents. After you have obtained all the documents, which include information about the site itself and also about the area on which the land is located, they are submitted to the engineering authorities, which will design the building in an optimal manner. From this point in particular, three important points emerge:
1 - Drawing up the initial plans without dimensions, including the architectural elements, horizontal plans, the number of floors, as well as vertical sectors and facades.
2 - The executive plan is drawn up, which includes the site and determines the direction of the north, elevations and facades.
3 - Then comes the structural plan, showing all the dimensions and details in accordance with the accounts.
The most important stages of construction and the selection of the contractor
1 - The contractor plays an active role in following up and managing the construction and implementation stages according to the design.
2 - Supervising the staff and coordinating all work on the site.
3- Securing preventive measures before starting work and taking all necessary measures for protection.
4 - After selecting the contractor, a contract is drawn up between the building owner and the contractor, which guarantees both parties all rights.
The most important stages of construction
1 - Surveying and this step is done to determine the boundaries of the land.
2 - Excavation, in which the earth is dug until the required depth is reached. In the event that groundwater appears when drilling, absorbent needles are used to get rid of the water.
3 - Implementation of the rules: the rules are planned and the size determined, and they differ according to the area, and then the rules are prepared and molded in the required form.
4 - The area of the land is determined and all measurements are taken as they are in the surveying.
5- Foundation stage: It is the first structural element and its function is to transfer loads to the soil.
6 - The stage of isolation and backfilling comes by preserving the iron used in the concrete elements from corrosion and rust. The backfilling is done by laying the soil on several layers and then flooding it with water.
7 - Columns, and through them the columns transfer the loads of the roof and the floors above them.
8 - The ceiling stage: the elements that are centered on the columns, before which the ceiling is poured and to ensure its safety and durability.
9 - The construction stage, which is the stage in which the internal and external walls are built using bricks.
10 - The finishing stage, which is the last stage, and it includes all plumbing works, putting pipes in place, sewage, as well as electrical works, installing all door and window rings in full, clamshell work, and installing complete floors.
