What is vinyl and its types
Vinyl is a flooring that is made of plastic and is similar to the purposes in which parquet, tiles or ceramics are used. Because it can withstand extreme or light wetness, it is used in kitchens and bathrooms.
It also includes vinyl uses in the manufacture of signs and instructions and in hard surface projects such as vehicles, glass and key chains.
What are the main types of vinyl?
There are many types of vinyl that are used in projects and handicrafts, and it depends on vinyl in various projects that want to apply vinyl and it has several types, namely: -
1 - Adhesive vinyl: Sticky vinyl is used mainly for all guide signs and hard surfaces, and there are two types, the first is permanent adhesive vinyl and the other is removable.
2 - Heat Transfer Vinyl: otherwise known as HTV, it is not sticky and instead is heat-embedded onto fabrics.

How is vinyl made?
You must first know that vinyl depends on two very important materials, which are crude oil and salt. This is done by:
1 - Pre-manufacturing stage: It is the stage of obtaining raw materials from oil and salt, and salt is used to obtain chlorine through the electronic dismantling process of salt, in which crude oil, natural gas or petroleum are used in a process called cracking or the manufacturing stage. Manufacturing consists of three irreplaceable steps:
A - monomer process.
b - polymerization process.
C - the process of doubling vinyl.
Vinyl Properties
1 - Vinyl works to resist moisture, as it is a good insulator for heat and cold.
2- Vinyl is a very durable plastic material that is difficult to break.
3 - Vinyl can also be manufactured in a very flexible way.
5 - Vinyl does not live long, but its special price made it special in choosing it.
6 - Vinyl depends in its formation according to what the customer wants, and this is a strong point for vinyl.
